They witnessed three days of music, which concluded Sunday, by 40 performers on three stages. The festival attracted 45,500 paying customers, plus 305 media from around the world. They're not, but then again they haven't had much practice performing in front of mammoth crowds. A couple of up-and-comers fell flat, notably Vampire Weekend, a pleasant enough band but lacking the stage presence to satisfy curiosity seekers wondering if this year's buzz band was really all that. Khan's already acting like a star, but after this performance, a lot more people are going to know about him. ![]()
